Letter of Commendation Regarding My Adeedo Experience
I wanted to let your company know about the entire experience I had with Adeedo it related to my service needs. I had a back-up in my laundry draining system. I called Adeedo on September 13, 2021 and made an appointment to have someone out. Below, you will find a detailing of my experience.
9-13 Monday--Lawrence arrived, on-time to scope out my issue. It was found that my old galvanized piping needed replacing. It was leaking and forming a pool of water under the house. I was able to verify this by seeing it on the camera inserted in the pipe as well as the pictures he took while under my house. Lawrence agreed to have is Manager (John) come out the following day to assess and quote a price.
9-14 Tuesday-- Lawrence and John arrived and assessed the situation to me. It was much more than I anticipated, however, the facts and pictures could not be denied. I was quoted a price and we agreed to start the following day. John drew up a contract and gave me a start and completion date with details of what was included in the job.
9-15 Wednesday-- John, Lawrence, Sergio and Milton arrived to start the job. Lawrence, Sergio and Milton who were actually doing the physical work were very professional, polite, and made sure to protect the interior of my home. I could tell they definitely knew what they were doing which put me at ease.
9-16 Thursday-- Lawrence and Sergio arrived to complete the job as promised. They were very efficient and left me with about 13 snap shots of the piping done underneath my home as well as in the wall. They thoroughly cleaned up and we closed out the remaining part of the deal including receipt of the final payment. They immediately e-mailed me my receipts.
10-1 I called into the office (Melissa) to inquire about the County Inspector sign-off and how that would work. She said she would have someone call me back about that (Mia). She did advise me it would take a few days due to the fact that contact had to be made with the County. (I understood)
10-5 Mia called to status me on the fact they were still waiting on the County for their response. I was cool with that.
10-15 Mia called to advise me they have heard from the County and that they would be out on Monday, October 18th. I would get a call from Adeedo on the 18th to give me a time-window for arrival.
10-18 Monday-- Daniel called and confirmed TODAY between 2:00 – 4:00p. Adeedo (Chris) arrived at 1:55p and had to wait until 3:30 for the County Inspector to arrive. The inspection was done and Chris advised me that he put in the call to have a copy of my inspection notice –emailed to me and to schedule a time to have the holes patched, which would then complete the job.
1-19 Tuesday at 7:30a, Daniel called to schedule a time to do the patchwork, and to my surprise, scheduled “today” to complete the job. At about 8:30a, Valentin and Jorge arrived to complete the patchwork. Once again, they were very polite, professional, and protected the inside of the home. The work was done beyond my expectations. They cleaned up and placed everything back where it was.
I want to commend your Company and ESPECIALLY ALL the people/workers
involved in my experience. I am very pleased with the work and outcome and I
would recommend Adeedo to others. I am a retiree from AT&T and know when I
see EXCELLENT customer service. It is all too often it goes unnoticed with the
complaints overshadowing them. This team of people who interacted with me
were top quality and I hope you can share this with each and every one of them,
because this was a TEAM effort.
