Our certified service experts will treat your home with respect. Our teams always arrive with drop cloths, shoe covers, gloves and professional attitudes. We guarantee a pleasant service experience in your home. Once we’ve satisfied your service needs, our technicians will thoroughly clean the work area, leaving your home just as we found it. If the’ve finished in your home and they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we’ll extend your current Happy Home Club maintenance plan for an additional six months at no charge. All we ask is that you notify the office of your dissatisfaction prior to the installation crew leaving your home.

We Stand by Equipment we Install
During the first year, if you are dissatisfied with the operation of the equipment we have installed, we will promptly correct the problem. If the equipment fails to operate to the manufacturer’s standards, and the manufacture representative has verified its failure and no alternative is available, upon your written request we will remove the system and refund your money in full. This guarantee applies only to complete systems (such as a furnace, evaporator coil and condenser) installed on the same date and does not apply to any partial system installations.
